Our dear Claretian students, blessings to everyone as we begin the classes for school year 2021-2022!
Yesterday, the media platforms were carrying banners of jubilation after Ms. Hidilyn Diaz won the Philippines’ first-ever Gold Medal in the Olympics in the 55kg category in women’s weightlifting. Her victory is a story of every Filipino’s strength and perseverance amidst the burdens of life. But more than the gold medal, she also held with devotion and faith the medal of the Blessed Virgin Mary which is a witness of a faith-journey sealed with prayer.
Let this story of Hidilyn Diaz inspire you all, our dear Claretian students, in your zealous quest for knowledge that shines best with virtue. The daily rigor of your learning must be marked with patience and perseverance as you entrust yourselves to the maternal care of the Blessed Virgin Mary in her Immaculate Heart.
You are not alone in this journey that you are taking. We, the Claretian Missionaries, together with the administrators, the teachers and staff, and your parents and guardians, accompany you with hope and empower you with love.
We are all Claretians, ever dauntless whatever the challenges may be. With the same fire of love, we go forth in mission this school year 2021-2022.
With the CODE—the Claret Operative Distance Education—let the gold of your dreams come to reality.
