Enrolment Procedure SY2024-2025

ENROLMENT PROCEDURE USING THE SCHOOL AIDE SYSTEM

  1. Log in to https://schoolaide.claretschool.edu.ph/
    1. If OLD STUDENT, click “Continue with Microsoft” to log in using the Student Microsoft Account. 
    2. If NEW STUDENT, please log in with the email address and password you created.

  2. Choose SY 2024-2025 then click “Enroll Now.” 

  3. Please check if STUDENT INFORMATION is complete and updated.
    For incoming Grade 11 students, please make sure the STRAND is correct.
  4. After ATTESTATION is complete, go to the PAYMENTS section and select your desired payment schedule.
  5. Settle the amount online or through the school cashier. 

Note: 

  1. The amount posted in School Aide is based on the full tuition without Reservation Fee. Official Receipts (O.R.) for online payments will be uploaded to your School Aide account after 3-5 working days from the date of payment. School cashier is open Mon-Fri, 8:00-11:30 A.M. and 12:30-3:30 P.M.; Saturdays 8:00-12nn. Cash, check, and credit card (Visa/Mastercard) payments are accepted. 
  2. Official receipts for bank payments cannot be issued if the student is NOT registered in School Aide. 
  3. Full payment of back accounts is required prior to enrollment for SY 2023-2024.
