Application for Student Admission

for Nursery to Grade 11

for SY 2025-2026

 

Applications for admission are open from Junior Nursery to Grade 11 levels. 

- Accepting boys and girls for Pre-school (Junior Nursery, Senior Nursery, and Kindergarten) 

- Accepting male students from Grade 1 to Grade 11 

- Now also accepting female students for Grade 11 

- Academic Track offered in STEM, ABM, and HUMSS for Grade 11 

  *Grade 1 applicants should have finished Kinder by end of SY 2024-2025 

 

Age requirement for Nursery to Kindergarten:

Junior Nursery: 3 years old (birthday is between 01 Oct. 2021 – 30 Sept. 2022) 
Senior Nursery: 4 years old (birthday is between 01 Oct. 2020 – 30 Sept. 2021) 
Kindergarten: 5 years old (birthday is between 01 Oct. 2019 – 30 Sept. 2020) 

 

ADMISSION PROCEDURE

STEP 1:  APPLICATION AND SUBMISSION OF DOCUMENTS

A. Accomplish the online application form through School Aide System (https://schoolaide.claretschool.edu.ph/)
 
1. Click ‘CREATE AN ACCOUNT’
2. Enter your active email address in the ‘Email Address’ field, and your name in the ‘Account Name’ field
3. Check your email address to verify your account. Return to School Aide and choose School Year 2025-2026 before clicking 'Add Student Application', then fill out all required fields. 
 
B. Upload the documentary requirements for evaluation purposes through School Aide System. 

 

DOCUMENTARY REQUIREMENTS:

  1. Scanned copy of PSA/NSO Birth Certificate
  2. Scanned copy of baptismal certificate
  3. Report Cards (Form 138) for SY 2024-2025 (partial to final, as applicable) and SY 2023-2024 
  4. Recommendation* from current Principal (Click here to download)
  5. Recommendation* from current Guidance Counselor (Click here to download)
  6. Digital copy of applicant’s most recent colored ID picture with white background (File format: JPG/PNG file, 4”x 4”/300 pixels per inch DPI) *Completed recommendation forms should be submitted to the Registrar’s Office in a signed, sealed envelope, or emailed directly from the originating school to the Registrar’s Office of Claret School of Q.C. at This email address is being protected from spambots. C. Upon completion of the required documents, pay the non-refundable Testing Fee of P600.00 at the Cashier’s Office.

D. Present the Testing Fee receipt to the Registrar’s Office to obtain a test permit.

E. Be sure to bring the test permit on the testing date. The applicant will not be allowed to take the Admissions Test without the test permit. 

 

STEP 2:  EVALUATION

  1. For the test, applicants must bring: 
    - two well-sharpened pencils with erasers 
    - snacks 
    Examinees will not be allowed to leave the Testing Room during the 15-minute break. 
  2. Present the test permit to the Examiner/Proctor at the Student Development Center (SDC), Xifre Building at least fifteen minutes before the test schedule. 
  3. In case of cancellation of classes/offices, the applicant should call the Registrar’s Office to ask for the rescheduled date.
  4. Results of the interview will be sent by email after three (3) working days. If the applicant does not receive the results after three (3) working days, parents may contact the Registrar’s Office to follow up. 

 

STEP 3:  ENROLMENT

To signify the intention to enroll, a NON-REFUNDABLE reservation fee of five thousand pesos (PHP5,000) may be paid at the Cashier’s Office within two (2) weeks after the Notice of Admission is sent to the successful applicant. This fee will be deducted upon full enrolment. 

 

ADDITIONAL REQUIREMENTS UPON FORMAL ENROLMENT 

  1. Original Copy of the Birth Certificate (hard copy issued by PSA)

  2. Copy of the Baptismal Certificate/Certificate of Dedication

  3. Completed Medical/Dental Forms

  4. For Grade 1 and up, original hardcopy SY 2024 – 2025 Report Card w/LRN signed by the Principal/Head of School 

  5. ESC/SHS-VP documents: 

a. For Grade 7, completed ESC application form (form available at the Registrar's Office) with signatures and supporting documents
b. For Grade 8 and up, ESC certificate if ESC grantee at previous school
c. For Grade 11 (non-ESC grantees), QVA certificate (please visit https://ovap.peac.org.ph/ for details on the DepEd SHS Voucher Program)
 

6. For non-Catholic applicants, completed CSQC Non-Catholic Policy Agreement
