Grade 7 - Grade 10

• Original and photocopy of NSO / PSA Birth Certificate
• Original and photocopy of Baptismal Certificate
• Two recent 1x1 ID pictures (cut-out and computer generated pictures will not be accepted)
• Photocopy of this year, current report card, showing the most recent grades
  •    *applicant must not have any failing grade in any subject.
  •     *Conduct Grade of the applicant should not be lower than 80%.
• Letter of Recommendation from his current School Head/ Principal
• Letter of Recommendation from his current School Guidance Counselor

   * Letter of Recommendation must have a school seal and must be forwarded to us in a sealed separate white envelope and please make sure that there will be a signature on the flap by the Guidance Counselor / Principal.

Grade 1

  •    *applicant must not have any failing grade in any subject and must have a General Average of at least 85.00%.
  •     *Conduct Grade of the applicant should not be lower than 80%.
• Letter of Recommendation from his current School Head/ Principal 
• Letter of Recommendation from his current School Guidance Counselor

   * Letter of Recommendation must have a school seal and must be forwarded to us in a sealed separate white envelope and please make sure that there will be a signature on the flap by the Guidance Counselor / Principal.
