• Original and photocopy of NSO / PSA Birth Certificate
  • Original and photocopy of Baptismal Certificate
  • Two recent 1x1 ID pictures (cut-out and computer generated pictures will not be accepted)
  • Photocopy of this year, current report card, showing the most recent grades
    • *applicant must not have any failing grade in any subject.
    • *Conduct Grade of the applicant should not be lower than 80%.
  • Photocopy of Previous report card (Grade 9)
  • Photocopy of the National Career Assessment Examination (NCAE) Results
  • Letter of Recommendation from his current School Head/ Principal 
  • Letter of Recommendation from his current School Guidance Counselor 

 

   * Letter of Recommendation must have a school seal and must be forwarded to us in a sealed separate white envelope, 

      please also make sure that there will be a signature on the flap by the Guidance Counselor / Principal.

 

APPLICATION PROCEDURE

  1. Check the complete list of requirement at the Registrar’s Office or here.
  2. Pay the Application Fee of ₱50 at the Cashier’s Office to claim the Application Form.
  3. Submit and fully accomplished Application Form and the complete required documents.
  4. Upon completion of the required documents pay the non-refundable testing fee of ₱550 at the Cashier’s Office.
  5. Present official receipt to the Registrar’s Office and claim the Test Permit.
  6. Be sure to bring the Test Permit on the scheduled testing date. The applicant will not be allowed to take the Admission Test without the Test Permit.

 

For Foreign Applicants:

  • Original and photocopy of Alien Certificate
  • Special Study Permit
  • Passport  

 

TESTING POLICY

  1. Applicants should come, at least, fifteen minutes before testing time.
  2. The examinees must present their examination permits. No examination will be administered to those without permits.
  3. The examinees will no longer be allowed to leave the testing room once the examination starts. Hence, they are advised to bring provisions for snacks during the test.
  4. The proctors reserve the right to deny administering the admission test to those who fail to comply with the guidelines.

 

TESTING PROCEDURE

  1. All applicants are required to undergo the Admission screening process to determine acceptance or non-acceptance of an applicant.
  2. Admission test is given once only.
  3. Applicant must bring
    1. Two well-sharpened pencils with erasers
    2. Snacks during test
  4. Examinees will not be allowed to leave the Testing Room during the 15-minutes break.
  5. Take the test in the scheduled date at the Student Development Center, Xifre Building. Applicants should come at least 15-minutes before the test schedule.
  6. Present the Test Permit to the Examiner/Proctor.
  7. Parents are requested to call or visit the Registrar’s Office and check their e-mail to inquire about the results. However, the details of the test results shall remain confidential.
  8. In case of cancellation of classes/offices, the applicant should call the Registrar’s office to ask for the rescheduled date.

Scheduling of Sections

      Posting of sections is done a week before the start of the school year.

      There are morning and afternoon sessions for Nursery to Kinder. The school reserves the right to assign the accepted applicants, either in the morning or in the afternoon, depending upon the availability of slots.

The school offers a STEM Education that develops among students relevant skills for innovation, experimentation and productivity and apply them so that they become future Filipino scientists, inventors, and initiators of significant technologies that are responsive to the needs of local communities.

 

2. ABM (Accountancy, Business & Marketing)

Claret School offers a Business Education that aims to engage students in management, investment, finance, economics, and entrepreneurship. The program is geared in forming responsible and innovative businessmen with skills in business planning, market strategizing and fostering healthy relationships with people in a business organization. It promotes a business advocacy that puts premium on people.

 

3. GA (General Academic)

The school provides an academic program that cuts across STEM, ABM, & HUMSS strands. It includes a variety of subjects with a strong technology base to help students become more engaged in multiple learning pathways. Thus, it leads students to become enterprising, creative and innovative in life.

 

4. HUMSS (Humanities and Social Sciences)

The school opens a HUMSS program, beginning SY 2017-2018, that introduces students to the basic subjects in Humanities, Education and Social Sciences. It aims to develop students’ critical and reflective thinking, civic and citizenship skills while engaging in current national trends, global concerns, social development issues and activities on community involvement.
