Entry and Exit Gates

A. Student Entrance Gate

Gate 2 – General Entrance (Students and Guests)

Gate 4 – Grades 1 to 12

Gate 5 – Nursery and Kindergarten

Gate 6 – Grades 1 to 12

Gate 9 – School Service Riders

Note:

Please follow the 20-second rule when dropping off students.
Siblings may use the same entrance gate for convenience.

B. Student Exit Gate

Gate 2 – General Exit (High School Students and Guests)

Gate 4 – Grades 1, 2, 5, and High School Students

Gate 6 – Grades 3, 4, and 6

Gate 9 – School Service Riders

Note: Siblings may use the same exit gate during dismissal for convenience.

School Uniform

Checking of official school uniforms by the Homeroom Advisers will start on the 3rd week of July (until all orders have been delivered to students). Meantime, new students may wear collared shirt/blouse and dark-colored slacks.

SCHOOL MATERIALS

Reminders regarding school materials.

A. The following have been paid upon enrollment:

Instructional Modules Junior Nursery, Senior Nursery, and Kinder
School supplies Junior Nursery to Grade 6
HELE Materials Grades 4 to 6
TLE Materials Grades 7 to 10

B. Grades 7 to 12 school materials will be discussed with the students during the first week of classes.

C. What to bring during the first day of school. (Small bag only)

School ID (for old students)
A notebook and a ballpen (Grades 7 to 12)
Snacks and water bottle
Jacket
Face mask (optional)

D. Additional materials for emergency purposes.

1. Small emergency Go Bag (appropriate to the child’s size) with the following:

whistle
pressing flashlight (hand crank or battery-free)
wet wipes (small); band-aids
hand sanitizer or alcohol
face towel
face masks (sealed)
small bottled water
big garbage bag (well-folded; provision in case of rain)

2. Hard hat

E. Bringing of books during the first day of classes is not necessary.

➢ The schedule of bringing of books will be discussed by the Homeroom Advisers.

➢ Kindly check the pages of the textbooks so that those with defects will be replaced on time.

➢ Booksale is available until July 15, 2026.
