On September 18-21, 2025, two Claretian students participated in the World Robot Olympiad (WRO) Asia Pacific Open Championship 2025 held at the Le Pavillion, Manila Bay Area, Pasay City, Philippines organized by Felta Multimedia, Inc.
The Claret School of Quezon City participants won the Team Synergy Award, where they surpassed other teams in the Double Tennis, Robo Sport Category.

The team demonstrated exceptional coordination, unity, and mutual support for one another, moving seamlessly on the court. They worked together as a team, showing the Claretian values of teamwork and collaboration. They shared valuable insights to combat the challenges and achieve the goal of pushing or shooting the tennis balls to the opponent’s court. Creativity in building the robot was possible with critical thinking and problem-solving skills.

There were over 108 teams from 22 countries which joined the competition.
The World Robot Olympiad Asia Pacific Open Championship Philippines turned ideas into meaningful experiences that gave impact to those who witnessed and who participated in the four-day event.

The participants toured around Intramuros during the first day, September 18. They had an Opening Ceremony at the Manila Ocean Park on September 19 with the sea lion show and a parade of national costume of each country with pride and honor.

In preparation for the World Robot Olympiad Asia Open Championship 2025, the members of the team together with their parents gathered last September 13 to celebrate Mass with Fr. Mon Andrei Ebdani, CMF.
