Selected students from the Senior High School cluster attended an orientation in preparation for the PAASCU visit next school year. The orientation was held at Gonzales Hall on August 7, 2025. The OIC-Principal, Mrs. Evelyn B. Angeles, delivered her opening remarks, which enlightened the students about the upcoming visit.

Class officers from each section in the Senior High School participated in a collaborative activity led by Mr. Rodelio T. Santos, the Quality Assurance Officer. During this session, the presidents, vice presidents, secretaries, and treasurers of each class engaged in discussions centered around the question: "How can we make ourselves recognizable as Claretians without relying on our uniform and identification?" This inquiry aimed to explore the depth of our Claretian identity. The vice presidents then shared their group's insights with the other tables, facilitating a rich exchange of perspectives among the Claretian students. Following this, the class secretaries took turns presenting their groups' newfound learnings and realizations regarding their identity as Claretians.

The participants then completed the SHS Students Educational Goal Survey, which was carried out using Microsoft Forms, and evaluated their various learning objectives and priorities at Claret School of Quezon City. The SHS Assistant Principal, Mr. Ralph Martin L. Mascareñas, later shared and talked about the participants’ priority needs as team of leaders. Also present during the session was the SHS Cluster Leader, Ms. Jennefer I. Suplito. As a result of the student evaluation of the session, almost all the SHS student leaders claimed and agreed that:

  • The session is timely, for the participants are challenged to be role models for student leadership and followership.
  • Each participant learned something new about the views and shared principles of other student leaders.
  • Student leaders play a crucial role in the planning, implementation, and evaluation of school programs and activities.

The session concluded with a photo opportunity and discussions about organizing additional meetings each month, culminating in the PAASCU visit the following school year. #ScientiaMaximeCumVirtute
