Last August 8, 2025, Friday, the Claret School of Quezon City held its first Integration Day Program (IDP) for School Year 2025–2026. The event was spearheaded by the Faith Education and Enrichment Team (FEET), led by Fr. Jeffrey Rasay, CMF, Head of Mission and Identity.
Fr. Rasay shared an overview of the IDPs and the general theme for the next three years—Forged to be Missionaries, Walking Together as Witnesses of Hope. For this school year 2025–2026, the community will be guided by the specific theme: A Community Walking Together: Embracing Dialogue and Nurturing Collaboration.
Fr. Pedro Belderrain, CMF, General Prefect of Apostolate of the Claretian Missionaries, who is in the country for a Canonical Visitation, also addressed the community. He shared his own experiences as a student, saying that he holds educators in high regard. He encouraged the community by saying that a good teacher is remembered not only for the knowledge imparted but also for the virtues and values that inspire learners to become good and virtuous individuals.
Also present at the event were Fr. Julius Jose Coching, CMF, Head of Institutional Stewardship and Administrative Services, and Fr. Amador Tumbaga, CMF, Provincial Superior of the Claretian Missionaries, who joined the community in this meaningful gathering.
The event included the recognition and blessing of personnel who celebrated their birthdays in May, June, July, and August. Each celebrant was presented with a cake and received a blessing from Fr. Victor Sadaya, CMF, PhD, School Director. Fr. Victor also shared the value of recognizing the special day of community members, emphasizing that in a community, it is important to honor even the simplest moments—especially birthdays—as they affirm each person's presence and worth. He reminded everyone that such celebrations are not merely gestures of goodwill, but expressions of solidarity and care that strengthen the bonds within the community.
The day also marked the election of the new CSQC Employees Association officers, organized by HRMDO through Mr. Christian Timothy M. Sia and facilitated by Mr. Danilo Lemi, School Registrar as the Head of the Election Committee. The elected officers were introduced to the community shortly after the voting.
The gathering brought together CSQC personnel in prayer, fellowship, and shared goal—setting a collaborative tone for the school year and the journey toward CSQC’s 60th foundation anniversary. #ScientiaMaximeCumVirtute
