On its last stretch of the mandatory GASTPE Regional Orientation Conferences, Claret School of Quezon City welcomed the Private Education Assistance Committee and the conference delegates for the event's second NCR run on August 22, 2024.

Held at the Gallardo Hall, the orientation conference presented updates on this school year’s implementation of the Government Assistance to Students and Teachers in Private Education (GASTPE), which covers the JHS Educational Service Contracting (ESC), Teachers’ Salary Subsidy (TSS), and the SHS Voucher Program. Representatives from the GASTPE-participating private schools in the National Capital Region attended the event.

During the conference, participants received important information from the DepEd Central Office, the DepEd Regional Office, and the PEAC National Secretariat. Information Security and Data Privacy Protection and the certification process were also discussed. The event also featured the recognition of the certified ESC-participating schools last School Year 2023-2024. The afternoon presentation covered essential considerations in processing billing documents using the ESC Information Management System (ESC IMS) and the Senior High School Voucher Management System (SHS VMS). The conference further clarified the GASTPE billing submission guidelines.
