On March 11 ,2023 the students, parents, faculty and staff from Grades 7 and 8 gathered for their Family Day at 7:30 in the morning.

The event began with the Holy Eucharist presided by Fr. Mauricio Ulep, CMF and concelebrated by Fr. Charles Jocris M. Mortela, CMF. This was followed by the opening remarks from the Principal, Mrs. Razerly D. Ibañez. To recognize the attendees, a roll call of the different sections was done by the emcees Ms. Rose Jane Andrade and Tobias Mendoza. As a warmup activity, some Grade 7 students led the zumba.

The main activity of the day was the Amazing Race. Teams which participated had at least 2-6 members. Each team had to complete the challenges in the different stations to win a prize. The six stations were Charades, Tiktok Challenge, Stack Up the Cups, Sticks and Squares, Pick Me and Bottle Flip Challenge. The stations were facilitated by the faculty in different venues like the Basketball Court and Mezzanine at the Gallardo Building. The finish line was at the Auditorium. The first 10 teams from each level who completed all challenges were declared winners.

Mateo Superable, a Grade 8 student rendered a song as an intermission number during the program.

The closing remarks were given by Mr. Mario Gutierrez, Jr., Grade 7 Level Representative and Mrs. Pilipina Banayat, Grade 8 Level Representative. Mr. Jon Gomez led the closing prayer. The family day activity was capped with a simple salu-salo.

With the close collaboration among the different committees, through the leadership of the Grades 7 and 8 CSQC-PTA Officers and Mr. Allan M. Sebastian, the JHS Assistant Principal, the Family Day dubbed as Bibo at Ganado ang Pamilyang Claretiano was well attended and was indeed a success. #ScientiaMaximeCumVirtute
