On November 19 and 20, 2022, selected Grade 12 students participated in the 19th National Youth Congress, an event organized by the National Youth Congress Organizing Body, a partnership between two student organizations in the University of the Philippines Diliman—the UP-Economics Society, and the UP School of Economics Student Council. NYC 19 online event delves into the fields of institutional, urban, digital, and environmental economics, and sustainable development.

 

 

Out of 397 delegates participating from 52 schools nationwide, 2 students from Claret School of Quezon City made it in the Ink Essay Competition and the Amazing Race Competition. Kevin Mark D. Jugao (Grade 12- St. Andrew) was the Champion in the Ink Essay Competition, and Miguel Diandre A. Anenias (Grade 12- St. Thomas) together with his group won 2nd place in the Amazing Race Competition. Other CSQC delegates were Leiron Antonio O. San Jose (12 - St. Thomas - ABM), Josemaria Y. Sales (12- St. Paul - STEM), and Andrei R. Velasco (12 - St. James - STEM). They were guided by teacher delegates, Ms. Editha L. Alfonso (Math Teacher) and Mr. Ralph Martin L. Mascareñas (Math Cluster Coordinator).
