The sudden leap to online distance learning brought about by the COVID-19 pandemic presented additional challenges to the Claretian learners and teachers. More so, parents, guardians and other family members were prompted to rise up to the extra challenging task of being a learning companion: a cheerleader, motivator, supporter, and many more all rolled into one.

To shed light into the many significant roles that learning companions play in the online education of young Claretian learners, the Student Development Center (SDC) organized a webinar especially tailored for learning companions entitled “Learning Companion: Roles and Responsibilities in the Student’s Online Education”. It was held last November 13, 2021 via MS Teams Live Event.
