Choosing the most suitable college or university after high school can be overwhelming given a multitude of options. This is further aggravated by the pandemic which caused a major shift in school admissions policies and procedures. Thus, to cater to this need of the Grade 12 Claretian students, the Student Development Center (SDC) in coordination with the Grade 12 Level organized a Virtual College Fair last February 14 ,2022.

The activity aimed to introduce the students to various tertiary level institutions and their academic programs, to provide the students with information on the admission requirements and procedures of the participating institutions and finally to increase their awareness about different colleges and universities so that they will have more options which can suit their needs, qualifications, and financial capabilities.

The different colleges and universities which participated in the second run of the Virtual College Fair were: Far Eastern University- Manila, University of the East, Enderun Colleges, Thames International, Technological Institute of the Philippines, University of Asia and the Pacific, Colegio de San Juan de Letran, Meridian International College, CIIT College of Arts and Technology, De La Salle-College of Saint Benilde and Centro Escolar University.

The virtual college fair gave the Grade 12 students an opportunity to engage and confer with admissions representatives. The question and answer portion helped them become more equipped in making the right career choices and decisions with regard to the potential college or university that they may consider after high school.
