ENROLMENT PROCEDURE USING THE SCHOOL AIDE SYSTEM

  1. Log in to https://schoolaide.claretschool.edu.ph/
    1. If OLD STUDENT, log in using the Microsoft Parent Account or click “Continue with Microsoft.”
    2. If NEW STUDENT, please log in with the email address and password you created.

  2. Choose SY 2022-2023 then select the student you want to enroll.

  3. Please check if STUDENT INFORMATION is complete and updated.
    For incoming Grade 11 students, please make sure the SHS STRAND is correct.
  4. After ATTESTATION is complete, go to the PAYMENTS section and select your desired payment schedule.
  5. Settle the amount.

The amount posted in SchoolAide is based on the full tuition without Reservation Fee. Official Receipts (O.R.) for online payments will be uploaded to your SchoolAide account after 3-5 working days from the date of payment. School cashier is open Mon-Fri, 8:00-11:30 a.m. and 12:30-3:30 p.m; Saturdays 8:00-12nn. and will accept cash, check, and credit card (Visa/Mastercard) payments.
