Despite the abrupt ending of the past school year, the CSPTA was able to accomplish a lot. During the September 5 CSPTA General Assembly, Mr. Ricardo G. Cunanan, the CSPTA Treasurer, reported the different PTA projects last school year which included the following: CSQC Go-Bag and Hard Hat Project, Unity Cup Participation, and the Claret Seminary Medical Outreach Project. He further mentioned that each grade level had allocations for various student activities and level meetings. A financial support to the Robotics Team through the Student Development Fund was also given. Disbursements were also done to cover some medical, calamity and bereavement assistance. Regular Executive Board meetings were also funded.

Mrs. Joy R. Tayamen, in her President’s Report, included a comprehensive presentation of different family day celebrations spearheaded by the CSPTA. A  Book Drive Project  dubbed as “Alay Aklat para sa Misyon”  benefiting the Claretian Mission with the indigenous people of Datal Anggas in Alabel, Saranggani was also accomplished last year. She also said that a review of  the CSPTA Constitution and By-laws started last year and a draft of the new CSPTA Development Plan is being finalized. The CSPTA President supported her presentation with a full  documentation of the different PTA activities last school year.

Considering the importance of home and school collaboration, the CSPTA is being challenged to continue with its  goals and objectives this school year 2020-2021.
